He explain about the supply chain, human resource and how it all together work for a company. after reading this book i understand the importance of core competence, every body is specialist for a certain thing and you are not able to do each and everything and if you try then you are compromising the quality of job and you are not able to improve the quality of work and not able to invest money in R&D work so try to be special in certain field. Second i want to open a private limited for business purpose and want to make some money. I also want to do a lot of thing for example want to open NGO and improve the status of agriculture and living standard of indian farmer who is struggling for their livelihood.

In middle he explain about the importance of core competence and how that thing arise. he just taught me as a theory of economics and about the prize which he got for this discovery. The most inspiring story of Mohammad Yonus from Bangladesh who give the concept of micro credit and Grameen bank is really very inspiring for me because i read about him and their concept of micro credit in agriculture economics but at that time i did not understand effect of that theory and my teacher not explain that concept in inspiring way. That thing is really very nice, a story about Cafe coffee Day, Google, are really inspiring and through story, sometime through fairy tale explaining business term and explaining them in very simple language. In the middle of the book they discuss a lots of story about business man and through that story answer a lots of question and define a lots of terms. In first chapter they try to create some curiosity in readers mind through story and giving the picture of question which adhere teenagers mind and and then answer that question by their parent or teacher in story format. Book is very well written and give a complete understanding about what is actually business is and how it effect every human being in their day to day life. Recently he published a book ” MBA AT 16 ” for the teenager and i finished this book today and interested in giving you review of this book. He is author of three best selling business book The professional, Go kiss the world and The high performance Entrepreneur. He is chairman of Mindtree a well reputed software company.
